Question 1

Where should I ship my products?

Accepted Answer

Our Address: [Your Name] 1 Chestnut St 5-E Nashua, NH 03060

Please note that it is not necessary to include your customer number when shipping products to us. However, you must create an inbound shipment in our portal to ensure a smooth and timely receiving process.

Question 2

Does 1 Stop Prep accept counterfeit products to be shipped to Amazon FBA?

Accepted Answer

NO, under no circumstances does our company accept counterfeit products to be sent to Amazon FBA/FBM or any marketplace.

If any customer sends counterfeit products to our company or products that are against Amazon's sales policies, they will be discarded without prior notice.

Question 3

Do you do FBM shipments?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we offer FBM service to all our customers who sell on any marketplace. Click here to see our prices.

Question 4

Does 1 Stop Prep charge any monthly fees?

Accepted Answer

If you ship fewer than 250 outbound units per month, a $99 monthly minimum fee will apply.

For purposes of this policy, "shipped units" means units physically shipped out by One Stop Prep on your behalf to fulfillment centers such as Amazon FBA or Walmart WFS, or directly to final customers through FBM/Merchant Fulfilled orders. Units shipped to One Stop Prep and received into our warehouse do NOT count toward the 250-unit requirement.

The first monthly fee may be charged 30 days after your registration if you did not ship at least 250 outbound units during the applicable monthly period. After that, the fee will be evaluated monthly based on the previous month's outbound activity and charged at the beginning of the following month.

If your account is active but you do not expect to ship at least 250 outbound units in a month, you may email support@1stop-prep.com and request that your account be disabled before the next billing period to avoid the monthly fee while the account is inactive.

Customers shipping 250 or more outbound units per month are not affected by this fee. Your regular prep, shipping process, and applicable service fees remain unchanged.

Question 5

How does it work?

Accepted Answer

1 - We will create shipments and print shipping labels on your behalf; furthermore, we'll have a sub account in your 'Amazon seller account' that has 'Manage Inventory and FBA Shipments' privileges (no financial data of yours can be accessed via this account); we'll only have access to your shipping plan so that we can do the following: (A) print your FNSKU labels; (B) update your plan, and (C) print your UPS/LTL labels to ship your shipment to Amazon.

2 - Regarding all products forwarded to our warehouse: you must create an INBOUND in our system informing which products and quantities we will receive.

3 - After our company confirms receipt of the products, you'll be able to request FBA or FBM shipments.

4 - At this point, just create OUTBOUND in our system and leave the rest to our team.

5 - Our team handles the FBA Shipment creation process on your behalf including printing FNSKU labels, uploading box content info, and arranging shipping (using Amazon partnered-carriers).

6 - In less than 48 hours, the whole process is done and sent by an Amazon partner-carrier. *You can follow inside your seller central.

Question 6

What is your turnaround time?

Accepted Answer

Up to 72 hours for Inbound, provided you have created the proper Inbound in our portal.

Up to 72 hours for FBA, after you create the Outbound in our system.

For FBM orders, all Outbounds created in our system by 11:59 PM are scheduled to be processed and shipped on the next business day.

Question 7

What is your billing cycle?

Accepted Answer

We will charge your credit or debit card registered in our system for your shipments on the same day that we complete the outbound, this could be from Monday to Friday.

It depends on the day you create Outbound in our system and our team finishes shipping your products to Amazon FBA or FBM.

Question 8

How will our communication happen?

Accepted Answer

We pride ourselves on quick and real-time communication – no more ticketing systems! For faster communication we prefer WhatsApp but you can also reach out over the phone at 1-603-7597808 or email - support@1stop-prep.com

Question 9

What is the minimum quantity of product you are accepting?

Accepted Answer

Can you offer a private address that I could input for my PayPal and Credit card address that could match the shipping address? Then I could avoid cutting bill when I purchase for my Online Arbitrage.

Yes, you can use our address as your shipping address to match your PayPal or credit card billing address. However, please note that we are not responsible for any mail or correspondence that arrives at this address for you or your company. Any mail received, such as letters or non-inventory-related items, will not be communicated to you and will be discarded. Additionally, we do not permit customers to use our address as the billing address for their Amazon accounts. This service is strictly intended to support your online arbitrage activities, and it is your responsibility to ensure compliance with these guidelines.

Question 10

Can I add your address as my business address on my Amazon account?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely not! Under no circumstances do we allow customers to use our address as their business address on Amazon or any other marketplace. We will not be responsible for any communication from marketplaces, including mail or phone calls. You may only use our address as the "shipping address" on marketplaces.

Question 11

Do I need a Professional Amazon Seller account to work with 1 Stop Prep?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you need a Professional Amazon Seller account to work with us.

Our software connects directly to your Amazon Seller account in order to create shipments on your behalf. For this integration to work, your account must be a Professional seller account, not an Individual account.

If you currently have an Individual Amazon Seller account, you will need to upgrade it to a Professional account before you can start working with us. You can upgrade your account directly through your Amazon Seller Central dashboard under Account Settings > Account Info > Your Services & Subscriptions.

Tracking number says that my products were delivered but are not yet in my inventory, what could have happened? We scan every box that is delivered to our company and add it to our system.

If our system says it was received, you are sure that your box was delivered here to our company. If on the carrier's website it says it was delivered but our system says it was not received, it was probably delivered to the wrong location — you have to contact the store as soon as possible letting them know that you did not receive it at the correct address.

Question 13

Box fee breakdown (based on the largest dimension of the box):
• Small (up to 14"): $1.99
• Medium (14.01" to 18"): $2.99
• Large (18.01" to 22"): $3.98
• X-Large (over 22"): $3.98

The box fee applies to both FBA and FBM orders and is charged separately on your shipment. If we are able to use a suitable reused box, no fee will be charged.

Question 26

Do you charge for storage?

Accepted Answer

We offer 15 days of free storage for all products received at our facility. After the free period, storage is billed at $150 per pallet per month, prorated daily based on the actual space your products occupy.

How is the storage space calculated? Storage is calculated according to the total cubic volume your items occupy. A full pallet is considered 40" x 48" x 42", and charges are prorated daily based on your product dimensions.
