No! You don’t need to be a customer to participate.You can just signup to our Returns and Revenue Recovery Program.
We handle unfulfillable, stranded, and FBM returns. These include items that are damaged, defective, or otherwise unsellable.
No, we handle returns from multiple platforms, including Walmart, Shopify and other direct to consumer platforms.
Once you signup to our service you have direct access to our dedicated support person thru WhatsApp, email or phone.
Yes, you can send your returns located at your warehouse, home or other prep center to us.
Your product will be listed on various marketplaces, in theory everything sells but it can take some time. If can recall the products anytime you want.
Yes! You can send the items back to you or to any other address. In this case a fee equal to our FBM fee will be applied.
No! In order for us to better manage the inventory the products enrolled on the revenue recovery program can only be listed on our marketplaces, but you can remove the items anytime you want.
We pay after 45 days of the product been sold on the 15th of every month.
If the product gets returned it will go back to same process and it might go back for sale or disposed accordingly to the condition.
Yes! You can cancel your subscription to our program anytime. Once you cancel you need to remove or dispose your items and a fee may be applied.
