Kitting is a project where different items are pulled together into a sellable unit and extra items are provided by the customer like boxes, inserts, branding stickers, specific packaging, branded tape, etc are required. All items for the kit must be provided by the customer, with the exception of basic prep materials, which are included in the price (if necessary).
$3 per label plus the cost of label
If you need us to purchase a shipping label on your behalf, it could be either to ship a hazmat item to FBA or direct to your customer.
We give every customer 15 days of free storage after your inventory arrives at our warehouse! After that, storage is billed at $150 per month per pallet, and the amount is pro-rated daily — so you only pay for the days and space you actually use.
We base storage on the total space your products take up. One full pallet is considered 40” x 48” x 42”, and your charge is adjusted according to how much of that pallet your inventory fills.
We pull product dimensions directly from Amazon when your account is synced to our system.
If an item isn’t synced, no problem — our team will measure it manually to make sure everything is calculated accurately and fairly.
Please be advised that it is the customer’s responsibility to manage the storage duration of their products with us. A pro-rated daily storage fee will apply after the initial 15 free days, up to a maximum of 90 days. Any items remaining beyond 90 days will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of or donated without further notice.
Photography Services (Can be used for ungating) * Please allow up to 48 hours

This tier applies to items that arrive damaged in transit to our warehouse, are shipped incorrectly from the supplier, or require removal after being received.
Any item that requires a return will be charged at the FBA return rate of $1.47 per item, plus any applicable additional fees, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

We reuse boxes whenever they’re in good condition and meet our size requirements to reduce waste and keep costs low. However, when a brand-new box is required – either due to necessity or at the customer’s request – a box fee will apply.
Box fee breakdown (based on the largest dimension of the box):
Small (up to 14″): $1.99
Medium (14.01″ to 18″): $2.99
Large (18.01″ to 22″): $3.98
X-Large (over 22″): $3.98
The box fee applies to both FBA and FBM orders and is charged separately on your shipment. If we are able to use a suitable reused box, no fee will be charged.
Ensure your shipment is securely prepared for transport with our professional palletizing service. For just $25 per pallet, we’ll carefully stack, wrap, and stabilize your products on standard pallets to meet carrier and warehouse requirements. This service helps protect your items during transit, improves handling efficiency, and reduces the risk of damage. Perfect for bulk shipments or items that need extra care and organization.
