If any customer sends counterfeit products to our company or products that are against Amazon's sales policies, they will be discarded without prior notice.

If you ship less than 100 units per month, YES.
There will be a nominal monthly fee of $24.99 for all customers who ship less than 150 units per month.
The first charge of this small monthly fee will be applied 30 days after your registration in our system, if the customer has not sent 100 units in the previous month and will continue on a monthly basis for customers who do not meet the 100-unit threshold in the preceding month.
If your account is enabled in our system and you want to avoid being charged a monthly fee because you cannot send more than 100 in a month, please send us an email ([email protected]) to disable your account until you can send more than 100 and not be charged a monthly fee in the next month.
For Customers Shipping More Than 100 Units Per Month:
Please be assured that this change does NOT affect you. Your shipping/Prep process and fees will remain the SAME.
1 - We will create shipments and print shipping labels on your behalf; furthermore, we'll have a sub account in your 'Amazon seller account' that has 'Manage Inventory and FBA Shipments' privileges (no financial data of yours can be accessed via this account); we'll only have access to your shipping plan so that we can do the following: (A) print your FNSKU labels; (B) update your plan, and (C) print your UPS/LTL labels to ship your shipment to Amazon.
2 - Regarding all products forwarded to our warehouse: you must create an INBOUND in our system informing which products and quantities we will receive.
3 - After our company confirms receipt of the products, you'll be able to request FBA or FBM shipments.
4 - At this point, just create OUTBOUND in our system and leave the rest to our team.
5 - Our team handles the FBA Shipment creation process on your behalf including printing FNSKU labels, uploading box content info, and arranging shipping (using Amazon partnered-carriers).
6 -In less than 48 hours, the whole process is done and sent by an Amazon partner-carrier. *You can follow inside your seller central.
Less than 48h for Inbound, if you have proper inbound in our portal.
Less than 48h for FBA, after you create Outbound in our system.
Same day for all FBM orders, when you create the Outbound in our system by 12pm (noon).
We will charge your credit or debit card registered in our system for your shipments on the same day that we complete the outbound, this could be from Monday to Friday.
It depends on the day you create Outbound in our system and our team finishes shipping your products to Amazon FBA or FBM.

Yes, you can use our address as your shipping address to match your PayPal or credit card billing address. However, please note that we are not responsible for any mail or correspondence that arrives at this address for you or your company. Any mail received, such as letters or non-inventory-related items, will not be communicated to you and will be discarded. Additionally, we do not permit customers to use our address as the billing address for their Amazon accounts. This service is strictly intended to support your online arbitrage activities, and it is your responsibility to ensure compliance with these guidelines.
Absolutely not! Under no circumstances do we allow customers to use our address as their business address on Amazon or any other marketplace. We will not be responsible for any communication from marketplaces, including mail or phone calls. You may only use our address as the "shipping address" on marketplaces.
No, you do not pay sales tax when you ship to our company because our state (New Hampshire) is exempt from sales tax.
Tracking number says that my products were delivered but are not yet in my inventory, what could have happened?
We scan every box that is delivered to our company and add it to this link.
If this link says it was received, you are sure that your box was delivered here to our company.
If on the carrier's website it says it was delivered but on this link it says it was not received, it was probably delivered to the wrong location, you have to contact the store as soon as possible letting them know that you did not receive it at the correct address.

Certainly! We do accept and ship pallets. Our delivery hours are from 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. We have loading docks and no appointment is needed.
We take responsibility for any issues that may occur after the product has been delivered to our warehouse. We provide coverage for such cases. However, please note that we are not responsible for any incidents that may happen during the delivery process before the product reaches us, or after it has been sent to Amazon.
Yes, especially if you are purchasing goods in the US and shipping them to our center. We accept international shipments sent to us. We do not broker or process the paperwork involved for importing/exporting goods at this time. We only accept payment in US Dollars.

We have a 50 Unit monthly minimum in place to insure our time is used as effectively as possible. We want your items processed and out to Amazon as quickly as our team can receive, prep and ship. Having a minimum lets our systems & processes run smoothly.
