Accommodating, quick and efficient staffs. I like using the prep center as they are fast in delivering the shipment. I would just placed a shipment out then in an hour they’ll ship my staffs, they’re also easy to communicate with. If I have questions or there’s a problem of one of my items, they immediately informed me and responds to me. I truly recommend their service, they’re the best prep center. 5 stars to them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing! Wow working with One Stop Prep has been nothing short of amazing! They have responded to all inquiries promptly, been very attentive to our specific concerns and needs. One quick example is we had 2 pallets shipped to their warehouse via freight, the pallets were received on a Friday, items were processed and ready for pickup via freight and UPS within 2 business days! Do you do FBM shipments?

Yes, we offer FBM service to all our customers who sell on any marketplace. Click here to see our prices.

What is your turnaround time?

Less than 48h for Inbound, if you have proper inbound in our portal.
Less than 48h for FBA, after you create Outbound in our system.
Same day for all FBM orders, when you create the Outbound in our system by 12pm (noon).

What is your billing cycle?

We will charge your credit or debit card registered in our system for your shipments on the same day that we complete the outbound, this could be from Monday to Friday.

How will our communication happen?
