Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you may not access or use our services.

  1. Responsibility:

    1.1 Our responsibility for the product begins when the item is delivered to our warehouse and ends when it is either picked up by the carrier or after 45 days in our warehouse.

    1.2 We are not responsible for items that are not delivered directly inside our warehouse, including items left at the front door, mail room, or delivered to an incorrect address.

    1.3 Our warehouse operates from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

    1.4 We maintain 24/7 surveillance cameras, with recordings available for up to 45 days. In case of any discrepancies or missing items within this 45-day period, please contact our customer service team. We will provide footage of the item being processed in our facility, or issue a refund if applicable. After 45 days, we will no longer have access to footage, and we will not be held responsible for unclaimed missing items or discrepancies beyond this timeframe.

  1. Time Limit:

2.1 Any responsibility regarding the receiving, preparation, and shipment of your item will cease 45 days after your item is shipped.

2.2 After this 45-day period, we will not be held responsible for any issues or discrepancies related to your item.

  1. Pricing:

3.1 Our prices are subject to change at any time.

3.2 We will make our best effort to inform our customers of any price changes at least 30 days before they take effect.

  1. Storage:

4.1 We offer free storage of your items for up to 30 days from the date of receipt.

4.2 Please be advised that it is the customer’s responsibility to manage the storage duration of their products with us; a fee of $0.05 per day will be applied after 30 days, up to 90 days, and any items remaining beyond 90 days will be considered abandoned, subject to disposal or donation without further notification.

  1. Disposal of Unclaimed Items:

5.1 Any item that is not claimed (shipped or returned) within 90 days will be considered unclaimed.

5.2 Unclaimed items may be donated or disposed of without further notice.

6. About the payment for the services:

6.1 Payment Procedure:

We charge the full amount for our services upon the completion of the outbound shipment. This ensures that our clients receive our undivided attention and the highest quality service from start to finish.

6.2 Payment Authorization:

In instances where a payment encounters issues or doesn’t go through, and the outstanding balance exceeds $500, we kindly request customers to complete our Credit Card Authorization Form. This authorization is necessary for us to release the shipments promptly.

6.3 Our Commitment to Service:

Please note, as part of our service terms, 1 STOP PREP LLC reserves the right to withhold any shipment until the payment is made in full. This measure acts as a security protocol to guarantee receipt for the services rendered.

Please note that these Terms and Conditions are subject to change without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically for any updates or changes.

Important Update:

Starting on September 1st, there will be a monthly charge of $24.99 for all customers who ship less than 100 items during the month. This change is being implemented to ensure we can continue providing high-quality service and support to all our customers.

OVERSIZES FEES:

TIER 1 – From 14.1 inches to 18 inches will be added an additional $2 per item. 

TIER 2 – From 18.1 inches up 24 inches will be added an additional $4 per item.

TIER 3 – From 24.1 inches up 48 inches will be added an additional $10 per item.

TIER 4 – From 48.1 inches + will be added an additional $25 per item.

BUNDLES and MULTI PACKS

add $0.30 additional per bundle / multipack up to 4 items 

add $0.60 additional per bundle / multipack 5 – 11 items

Any bundle / multipack 12+ add an extra $1

OTHER CHARGES 

$0.50 extra will be added to each item in the following categories:

– Clothing, Caps, Footwear and sportswear accessories like knee pads and gloves

– Used books

– Plush toys

– Backpacks and purses

 Changing the shipment configuration, re-open and re-arrange boxes will incur an extra $5 per box.

Items requiring their own box: candles, glass/fragile items, collectable toys, glass or fragile will incur an extra $1

SHOE BOX (In case your shoe arrive without box or with damaged box) $1.99 per Box.

– Receiving, Inspection, Labeling, Boxing for Shipment and Palletizing for Shipping.

– Poly Bagging, Bubble Wrapping, do not separate sticker (whenever is required by Amazon or Walmart)

The all inclusive fee includes all Amazon or reasonable requirements.

– If Amazon requires bubble wrap, it is included.

– If the item is glass or liquid, bubble wrap or poly bagging is included.

NOT INCLUDED:

– If you have a plastic item that Amazon does not require bubble wrap then it is considered an extra request and we will not bubble wrap it under the all inclusive flat-rate. 

– If you have general items like bagged food (cereal, nuts, trail mix etc.) or cans we do not include poly bagging or bubble wrapping in the all inclusive rate.

To add these unnecessary materials to your order would incur the $0.50 per unit

We consider wholesale only items that comes from distributors on pallets and cases. Retail store items delivered by carrier (FedEX, UPS, USPS, DHL, Amazon, LaserShip) is not considered wholesale, but can have volume discount.

$0.90 – 5001 to 10000 units / month

$0.87 – 10001 to 15000 units / month

$0.85 – over 15000 items

Same-Day Dispatch: Your shipments will be dispatched on the same day, provided they are in our system by 11 am and have the shipping label.

PRICES

PER SHIPMENT: $2.99 per standard-size order plus $0.50 for each additional item in the same order.
For example:
Order with 1 item: $2.99

If the client purchases two units in the same order: $2.99 + $0.50 per additional item.

STORAGE

Up to 30 days of storage will be offered for free. After 30 days, an additional $0.50 per item per day will be charged. Products stored for more than 90 days will be donated or destroyed.

It is the client’s responsibility to manage the storage time of the products and take necessary actions to avoid product loss.

We are only responsible for products delivered within our warehouse. Products left outside the warehouse (front door, mailroom, etc.) that are not found will not be the responsibility of our company.

Our responsibility begins upon receiving the product and ends after the carrier picks up the shipment

Unless you’ve prepped the items yourself in the past, you may not realize that extra care and preparation are required for shoes when selling on platforms like Amazon. Both our intake and production teams have more steps to take with shoes and clothing compared to other items to meet Amazon’s strict standards. Here’s an overview of our process, including fees for additional services:

Additional Charges

  • $0.50 Handling Fee: All shoes processed will incur an additional $0.50 handling fee due to the extra steps required in the inspection and preparation process.
  • Optional Box Charge: If a replacement box is needed, an extra $2 will be added unless you decline the option. If declined, the shoes will be shipped as they arrived or placed in a polybag at no additional cost.

1. Pair Verification

  • We ensure that both shoes in the pair are of the same color, style, and model.

2. Size Check

  • Each shoe is carefully checked to confirm that the sizes match and are correct for both shoes in the pair.

3. Left & Right Shoe Confirmation

  • We ensure there is both a left and a right shoe in each pair.

4. Price Tag Removal

  • Any price tags or retail stickers are carefully removed to comply with Amazon’s guidelines.

5. Box Inspection

  • We assess the condition of the shoe box. If the shoe comes without a box, with a retail store’s box, or in a damaged box, we will:
    • Contact You with Pictures: We will send images showing the condition of the box.
    • Offer a Replacement Box: We can replace the box with a brand new one and transfer all product information from the original box (e.g., size, barcode, model) to the new box. (See picture).
    • Alternative Options: If you refuse the new box, we can ship the shoes as they arrived or place them in a polybag free of charge.

6. Inspection Completion

  • Once all checks are done, we secure the shoe box with rubber bands to indicate that inspection is complete and the shoes are ready for shipment.

7. Non-Boxed Shoes (e.g., Slippers or Crocs)

  • For shoes that do not come with a box, such as slippers or Crocs, we polybag them to ensure they meet Amazon’s polybagging requirements.

8. Listing Match Check

  • We meticulously check that the shoes we are sending match the listing details. While this step is followed for all products, shoes, in particular, require extra attention due to variations in style and size.

Kitting

$1.99 per unit

Kitting is a project where different items are pulled together into a sellable unit and extra items are provided by the customer like boxes, inserts, branding stickers, specific packaging, branded tape, etc are required. All items for the kit must be provided by the customer, with the exception of basic prep materials, which are included in the price (if necessary).

Amazon | WFS Returns or removal orders

$1.47 per item, includes:

Receiving, inspection and shipping

For Amazon removal orders here is the normal process:

– You place the removal order from Amazon to send the items to our facility.

– You add the items in our system.

– We will receive the items and add to your suite

– We will wait for your direction to either:

– Re-labeled the item and send back into FBA for you.

– Ship to anywhere you want (you provide shipping label)

– Destroy or donate

* Please be aware that on 95% of returns we receive have different quantities and styles and products than were requested in the removal order. Sometimes it is more, most of the time it is less.

Purchase carrier labels

$3 per label plus the cost of label

If you need us to purchase a shipping label on your behalf, it could be either to ship a hazmat item to FBA or direct to your customer.

Storage fee

We will store your items for free for up to 30 days. 

– After 30 days it will be added an extra $0.05 per item per day.

Return to Supplier and Warehouse Removal Service:

$2.99 for the first item, plus $0.50 for each additional item.

This tier covers items that are damaged in transit to our warehouse, incorrect from the supplier, or require removal from our warehouse. The fee is $2.99 for the first item and $0.50 for each additional item being returned or removed, with no limit per box. For example, if you’re returning or removing 10 items, the charge will be $2.99 for the first item plus $0.50 for each additional item, resulting in a total of $7.49.

Our facility is equipped with 24 hours surveillance cameras. All process is recorded for up to 45 days and images can be provided in case of any discrepancy.

RECEIVING – Up to 48 business hours 

Items will be added to your inventory in our system up to 48 business hours after delivered by the carrier.

Per exemple:

If your package was delivered on Monday, we will have up to Wednesday to receive and make it available for you.

If your package was delivered on Friday, we will have up to Tuesday to receive and make it available for you.

* All items must be added in the system by you prior arrival.

Item that is not in the system by the time of arrival will delay the receiving. 

If the item is not in the system it will be left on the side and you will receive a message from us.

PLEASE WAIT 24 HOURS AFTER DELIVERY, BEFORE CONTACTING US ABOUT ANY MISSING ITEM!

FBA – Up to 48 business hours

We will prep, box and ship your FBA order up to 48 business hours after you request it.

Per exemple: 

If you request the outbound on Monday, we will have up to Wednesday to ship it.

If you request the outbound on Friday, we will have up to Wednesday to ship it.

FBM – Up to 2 business days

We will prep, box and ship your order up to 2 business days after you request it as long as you send us the shipping label.
